The first release
A small writing and presenting app for your Mac: Markdown docs, HTML slides and Claude when you ask.
Docs
- Takes: keep other wordings of a passage and switch between them in place.
- Ghosts: dim a sentence you are unsure about without cutting it.
- The Shelf: keep cut text in the same file, below a fold marker.
- Time Machine: see what each edit changed, then restore a version or revert one change.
- AI Editor: Claude flags convoluted sentences and trims. You make each cut.
- Tables, images and focus mode, saved as plain Markdown.
Slides
- HTML decks in one .slides file, with File → Import for a deck folder.
- Presenter view with notes, the next slide, a timer, a laser pointer and display swap.
- Build steps and Markdown speaker notes.
- Templates designed by AI from a description, or saved from a deck you like.
- Deck check for network requests and missing notes.
Claude
- Works with your own API key, stored in your Keychain.
- Ask about one slide or the whole deck, with data, PDFs and images as sources.
